We hope this letter finds you well and safe. The last few months have been a trial and a test. However, The LORD is still in control of all things! AMEN!
Although the virus is still active in places, at some point we must trust GOD and gather together for worship. This has been a while in coming, but the leadership has decided to open the doors again, with some safety changes in place.
As you well know, the majority of our membership is comprised of older adults who are at a higher risk for this virus. All safety practices and procedures must be considered and encouraged for everyone now and later as we phase in more programs.
Therefore, PLEASE look over the following procedures and decide what is best for you, your family, AND your church family as well.
GENERAL HEALTH QUESTIONS:
If any of these apply to you, PLEASE STAY AT HOME!
Have you been in close contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19 in 14 days?
Are you experiencing a cough, shortness of breath, or sore throat?
Have you had a fever in the last 48 hours?
Have you had new loss of taste or smell, or vomiting or diarrhea in the last 24 hrs?
IF ANY OF THE ABOVE ARE ANSWERED YES, PLEASE DO NOT COME TO CHURCH!
GENERAL SAFETY: PLEASE ADHERE TO THESE PRECAUTIONS
WHEN YOU ARE CLOSER TO OTHERS INCREASE YOUR SAFETY PRACTICES.
PLEASE WEAR A MASK WHEN ENTERING OR LEAVING for the safety of others.
PLEASE PRACTICE DISTANCING AT ALL TIME (no handshakes or hugs for now!)
PLEASE USE THE HAND HYGIENE AVAILABLE (find and use a dispenser).
PLEASE LIMIT THE USE OF BATHROOMS (practice good hand washing).
PLEASE, NO BEVERAGES or FOOD WHILE YOU ARE IN THE BUILDING.
PLEASE LOCATE AND DEPOSIT TITHES and GIFTS IN THE MARKED BOXES.
PLEASE LISTEN TO AND COOPERATE WITH THE DESIGNATED USHERS.
(The ushers are there to help you, please follow their instructions).
PLEASE FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS OF THE PARKING ATTENDANTS.
(Please be considerate, we’re all learning together).
WORSHIP RESUMES THIS NEXT SUNDAY (May 31, 2020) AT 10 a.m.
NOTE: The doors will NOT be open until 9:45 a.m.
As we come together again after this unprecedented crisis, we know that some things will never be the same. However, let’s rally around what is new and become even more committed to the Kingdom cause of Christ!
AMEN and AMEN!
